Okay pizza. Terribly rude service. We visited having called earlier to book a table. We called if we could book for 9.30pm and they said it was fine but the Thai food was closed at that time. We said it was no problem. When we arrived at 9.20pm we were rushed from start to finish. Rushed to the table. Told we had to order because they were closing. Questioned why 4 people wanted 4 pizzas because they were closing soon… It was a joke. Very, very rude. We ordered 4 pizzas for 4 people. No starters as they were closing. No pasta as they were closing. It was ridiculous. We could have come earlier had we known it was an issue. We finally ordered and got our pizzas. They were okay. Not Neapolitan standard. Not airy enough and not crispy enough. Average at best. Before we’d even finished eating they brought the bill. We ignored it. They then asked if we’d paid the bill before we finished eating. We asked if we could finish eating before we paid. They said okay but they are closing. Crazy. We finished a short while after and paid. The pizzas were okay. The service was rude. Do not visit. Not worth it. Very, very rude.

FABULOUS FIND IN PHUKET What a great find! A friend had recommended we try the pizzas at PIZZA ON FIRE and we went for lunch while on holiday in Phuket. We loved the food! There is an enormous pizza oven inside the restaurant and it certainly produces some delicious pizzas. We tried the Diavola and the Napoletana and I can recommend both. Along with a nice glass of red wine - perfect.

Cooking quality This is our third time vacationing in Laguna and visiting this restaurant. Pizza used to be really tasty, just like in Italy. This time the dough turned out to be half-baked. 5 star pizza, the key is in the dough!!! We went with the family and enjoyed views of the lagoon and the best pizza in Thailand, the dough is special 😋. In addition to an affordable price and a pleasant atmosphere.

Superb Dining The restaurant serves great pizza and Thai food too as it has a sister Thai food company. Bcaz it was great, we went back for two dinners during out two nites stay at Laguna. We had two different types of pizza and they were both great. The wood-fired oven and the great dedicated chefs helped to churn out great pizzas. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas. There is happy hour for drinks and we also took advantage of the offer by having beers served. On our second nite, we brought a bottle of wine and there was no corkage whatsoever. The Tomyam Kung was great and so was the morning glory even though the vegetable was "senior" in age. The GM Mr Leam was fantastic and very hospitable. He gives off a great vibe that makes diners confident to step in. Nung was a superb serving staff, so was Oat. These two were very helpful in recommending dishes plus attentive to our requirements. Pizza on Fire (and sister) really made our day after our rounds of golf. If we would to be nearby, we would definitely return to feast on the super great pizza. Thank you for feeding us.

Disappointing Such a disappointing visit. After reading the reviews we had an awful pizza. It arrived looking great but the underneath we uncooked wet and sloppy. I asked for it to be cooked more, a comment was made that it was the mozzarella making it wet, but it arrived back the same. I couldn’t eat the base so just ate the toppings. No one asked if it was ok now. I complained at the end but was still presented with the full bill and no apology. Left feeling disappointed especially for Saturday night. After 3 weeks travelling around Thailand this has been my worst meal experience for food and customer service, will stick to local cuisine in future.

If you love pizza you gotta come here Delicious traditional pizza from Naples. Took me right back there service 1st class. Thanks to yo for the great chef. Ingredients fresh and tasty the Italian wood oven cooks the pizza to the best perfection

Pizza eccezionale Una pizzeria che non ha nulla da invidiare a qualsiasi pizzeria italiana! La abbiamo provata con un po’ di riluttanza essendo mia moglie campana e quindi abituata al meglio in fatto di pizze. Siamo rimasti 18 giorni a Phuket e siamo andati altre 5 volte! Complimenti al pizzettaro un impasto ed una cottura eccezionale.
